Fit like a glove. U-tubed the video a few times. And followed the deactivation process of the capacitor. As they hold a charge even when unplugged. Lay rubber gloves over the transformer. Now safe to stick your hands in there. There heavy bring a friend. Blend door motor decides if it goes to micro, or convection oven.

Fixed my problem!

solved my problem exactly
found video on you tube on how to change. The motor was a direct replacement for my 2005 Beaver MH Sharp R-1872 convection unit. This is a two person job due to the weight of a microwave mounted above the cook top. The unit worked as expected when power was restored. Took less than an hour total(most time due to disassembly and reassembly of entire unit.
