Got these yesterday and these are NOT SUBLINGUAL. You can't get them to dissolve under your tongue. After about 30 minutes of this rough little disc under my tongue I finally chewed it a bit and tried to hold the resulting bits under my tongue as long as I could stand it. I've had sublingual B12 before & these ones just plain are NOT SUBLINGUAL. So, I go to return the product for a refund because it's ridiculous to spend money on a falsely advertised product (if it doesn't dissolve per the directions, how am I to know any other part is accurate). This item is not eligible for return. Of course not. When you sell a bad product, you don't guarantee it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good therapeutic value *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2017* Contrary to many negative reviews, it seems to me that the slow dissolving nature of these little pills make it more likely that they accomplish their intended function by facilitating absorption of vitamin B 12. The chemical formulation of B12 here Is also supposed to be superior. They say it's sublingual to be dissolved under your tongue. The problem was that it did not dissolve!
