Great
We use this to store our Covid vaccines. It has held up well and is as described. Great product for the price.

Longevity an issue
Unfortunately the freezer stopped working after 2.5yrs. We were hoping to get more out of it although not surprised considering the cost. Worked great before it broke. Also, keep in mind, most service company's won't touch these. We couldn't find anyone anywhere who said they would look at it let alone attempt to repair.

Great ultra freezer for Pfizer covid-19 Vaccine
Maintain temp accurately. Sturdy construction. Was able to place 1100 doses of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine with plenty of room to spare.

short life
worked great for 2 years 10 months then stopped working. Lost thousands in products stored in it. If you get this be ready to replace it a cpl years in, at least that's what its looking like from another review i see on here

This thing is loud but seems to be working well.

Worked great for 3 months
Unit worked flawlessly for 3 months - Then hurricane Helene took out the power for a week. When we restarted the unit, the temperature cycles between ambient and -80C. Access to parameters other than setpoint cannot be achieved as described in the operation manual. Need help to resolve this, but not sure who to ask. We have a second unit that was not impacted by the power loss. It continues to work flawlessly.

It was packed great. Somehow a piece of the plastic cover got cracked. Sent pictures. Got my new piece n a few days. They were awesome through every step of the process.

jai acheter ce congelateur dans le but de remplacer la glace carbonique dans le traitement cryogenique des aciers et stainless a outils hautement alliers.....et il fait exactement ce a quoi je mattendais,entierement satsfait de mon achat.Ce congelateur atteint la temperature de -86C en environ 20@25min
