If I used it within the return period I would've returned it.I bought because I prefer using stainless steel and have other stainless steel pans, but wanted one specifically for frying. I liked the features of the above product. It arrived with some instructions in Chinese, which isn't helpful if trying to give important information. However I thought it be how I treat my other pans, but when frying yesterday, simple fritters, after the oil was hot enough, the fritters stuck to the bottom of the pan. Not fit for purpose.
