Here is why I gave it a two. The original formula of this product disappeared from all retail shelves over a single weekend. This product was in its place. The box says you simply brush it in while showering. That is very different from how the old product worked, which you had to lather in for at least 5 minutes before showering. This company from whom I bought this advertised this product as the original formula so I ordered it. I was totally surprised when it arrived at its being THE NEW PRODUCT that was already on retail shelves. I was dismayed.Eventually I opened one of the 6 boxes I ordered. I read the instructions and discovered they were exactly the same as they were for the original formula. NOTHING ABOUT BRUSHING IN WHILE SHOWERING-but exactly the same as the old instructions!!!I used it and it worked exactly the same as the old product.Now why would a company put out a product that is exactly the same as the old one but in a new box indicating a new product but with incorrect instructions that it should be be brushed in while showering? DO THEY NOT REALIZE THEY HAD MILLIONS OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS WHO MIGHT BE SHOCKED BY THIS NEW PRODUCT THAT BRUSHES IN LIKE INFERIOR COMPETITORS’ PRODUCTS? Customers who were left in a lurch because no information was given out that it was the same as the old formula except that it used some chemicals that some customers mightbe allergic to. Why wasn’t that emphasized rather than the false narrative that it was totally new and applied in a different way?Shame on them.

Excellent product and the price on amazon is very competitive.
