Do these mirrors come with everything that you need to install them?

Yes this mirror will come with all mounting hardware, but these are sold individually so you will only receive one mirror

Will these fit a 2018 T120?

Unfortunately these bar end mirrors are not listed as fitting a 2018 T120. You would need part# A9630205. Triumph also makes a round mirror kit in black for the T120; part# A9638133.
