Gave them 5 stars because they were a good value and worked okay. I just meant to buy 4x4 instead of 2x2s. Lol!!! My fault. Otherwise good product and arrived very fast and packaged well.

Perfect split drain sponges for around a peg tube, not the appropriate size for a trach! Thick and made of good quality material.

I use these to support my nephrostomy tubes. The size is perfect and gives just the right amount of padding beneath the clear bandage tape. The split is very beneficial taking away an extra step to cut them yourself. So long as I have my nephrostomy tubes, I plan on repurchasing these gauze sponges.

Perfect little sponges to add to drain under my split drain stick on pad. Helps with any excess seepage. No cutting of a bandage with unsterile scissors.

I gave this product 4 stars only because I’m not able to use them. I was shopping tracheotomy coths for I ordered IV cloths 😳 however for a miniature lover I think they’re adorable☺️

When my husband got a drain put in his abdomen, the hospital barely gave us any supplies to comply with their directions so I was so glad to find these good quality affordable medical sponges & fast delivery. They are absorbent & they don’t stick to the skin & leave debris behind so it keeps the area clean & healthy. They are perfect to completely go under a surgical bandage (whatever they’re actually called) so helps to keep the area dry, protected & clean. They may be a little more expensive than the cut/make your own plain sponges but it’s so worth it! It’s wonderful to actually have the correct medical supplies - it’s made changing his dressing SO MUCH easier, faster & less painful. I highly recommend!
