this product barely holds 12 oz. if you have a beer that has ANY sort of head on it, you're spilling. VERY disappointed especially since this is a gift and now it's too late to do anything else. This is VERY misleading.....false advertising.here's what it says in THEIR description of the product:PERFECT SIZE and stunning look! 17oz total volume allows for a perfect full 16oz pint of beer plus room for head. The exterior of the mug is brushed to a perfect matte finish - don't fall for the cheap looking competitors!

Keeps coffee warm, can't wait to see if it keeps beer cold!

it's closer to 12 oz or less not 15oz

these mugs are nice to have, use with or without covers. they keep beverages cold

Holds my morning coffee, 14 ounces plus half and half with room for the lid. Insulates well, though not as well as the Yeti cup. Cleans up easily. Would buy again.

This is a really nice and simple metal insulated mug with a nice brushed aluminum finish.Every time I carefully pour a can of beer or soda into it I think it's going to overflow foam but it always just winds up with a perfect head on it like cartoon bug of beer.I have been using it for all of my cold drinks and it does a fantastic job of keeping them cold as if you just poured them, and for a very long time.I haven't tried anything hot in it yet. They give you a lid with it and say it's for retaining the heat in hot drinks and they have an ominous "be careful" in the hot drinks section of the paper that comes with it which made me kind of wary of putting hot drinks into it, like it may wreck the mug or something, but I guess they are just talking about being careful with the lid with hot stuff because it's not meant to be some spill proof thing.

I wanted a mug like this that actually held a full 15 to 16 ounces. But this one barely holds 14 ounces filled to the very top. If you wanted to use the lid, maybe 13 to 13.5 ounces. It looks sturdy enough but I really can't say because I am returning it. It looks like the baby brother to the mug I have been using for about a year, which Amazon no longer sells. The size difference was obvious as soon as I took it out of the box. I measured out 14 ounces in a measuring cup and it filled to the top. If you tried to carry it anywhere you would end up spilling some and forget about using the lid unless you only want to drink 12 ounces of beer.
