unfortunately our employees ear defenders have cracked, how long is your warranty?

My ear defenders had just ran out of normal 3 month shopping warranty but I contacted the company and my set was covered under a life time guarantee. I did have to purchase a replacement myself first but was instantly refunded.

where can I buy a charging cable? Can I have the specifications of the cable please

I bought a standard USB to 3.5mm charging cable and it did *not* charge my Protear ear defenders. Multimeter says its providing -2.5v and +2.5v as well as ground. Very disappointing as these will be bricked without the lost cable.
