The best lozenges.
I got hooked on Menthol sweets & gum during my quit smoking process. It provides a nice kick to the throat to help distract from cravings. Now the nicotine is a thing of the past, I still like to keep menthol handy for a little refreshment. Similar to splashing your face with water, I find menthol sweets give a nice refreshing wakeup, especially if you take a nice deep breath! It feels like anything with menthol and the name "lozenge" is looked at as a medicine, something you'd only have for a cold. However, I think they are perfect just as sweets and they are certainly more enjoyable when you can actually taste them. Fisherman's friend are my favourite menthol sweet by far and I especially like the Blackcurrant flavour. The menthol kick is incredibly strong. It's handy being able to buy in large packs as I'm finding them increasingly difficult to find in shops.

Taste Good and ease a sore throat.
Fisherman's Friend lozenges are a winter essential to ward off sore throats that may precede a cold. I use both the original flavour and the blackcurrant, which is slightly milder. They taste good and ease a sore throat.

I haven't had fisherman's friend products for years as the eucalyptus ones I had years ago kept me well away.... but, I happened to see a single pack of these in a shop this week so gave them a try and they are really nice so I have ordered this multi pack. I have also tried the honey and lemon which is equally as much of a little treat. But I will advise you to go easy on them as the natural sweetener used in these can have a laxative effect if you eat half a pack in a couple of hours like I did!! I would recommend these just for their flavour alone but they have helped ease my throat and cough
