Anyone know if the 15 is cm or Inches? And is that the size flattened out? Thanks!

They are 15 inches in diameter when they are completely flat. I have ordered a few different coffee filters trying to find the one I need. These filters are just under 5 inches tall and 5 inches across the bottom. They are really really big! I had multiple coworkers ask me why I ordered lamp shades.
