Excellent resource
If you live with inflammation of any kind you know how.much of an impact your diet has on how you feel. This book aims to get you feeling better by putting beneficial foods in your body. I thought the way the book was laid out was really great. First, there is a shopping list organized week by week of what you need. That is so great and such a time saver! Then you have the 4 week meal plan. That is also a ton of planning work already done for you. Then there are the recipes. I just thoughy that was a very logical and well planned way to organize everything.

Because your body needs a rest sometimes!
is always good to try something different. sometimes the same diet over and over does not work anymore because your body adapts. this diet is amazing for your body. i've been trying for a couple of days and i feel better than ever!

I love all the recipes and they're all easy to make. This book is excellent for those new to living with & managing autoimmune/inflammatory diseases.
