Looks great, top speed is not close to 36mph, however.
The look and design of this utv is amazing. Runs well and the dump bed works great. I am a little frustrated with the speed, as it gets to 25mph and stalls. I'm not sure why it states it will go 36 mph. If this wasn't the case, it would have 5 stars. Had I known it would cut out at 25mph, I would not have purchased.

Been in shop for the months trying to figure ms out what is broken
Broke down shortly after 30 day mark and has. Been in shop for over 4 months. Starting with saying it was ignition switch and had escalated from there. Just wasted 10 grand. Still fighting to get a refund. Still on the shop.

Garbage
Purchased for farm use. Horrible acceleration (won’t start to go untill you reach 4000 rpm) zero help trying to reach anyone at massimo. Over 3 months no response. Do not buy. I was lucky enough to sell mine. Buyer beware.Contacted local service centers for help before I sold looking for help. As they stated it’s hard to even get paid for warranty work from this company if u can even get parts from them. You have been warned!!

Burst into flames, and they won't schedule a return
I was driving this UTV slowly (I'm a great grandma, we all drive slowly) on a flat driveway when the vehicle filled with smoke. The underside was in flames; we had to throw shovels of snow to put out the fire and prevent the vehicle from exploding. Since that date in November, I have been getting the runaround from Massimo Customer Service; they keep saying they are scheduling someone to remove this unusable, defective vehicle from my driveway. Contractors are coming to build a garage but we need this vehicle out of the way. Massimo is not honoring their warranty. It's a nightmare. I'm still making monthly payments on a vehicle that will not drive. I keep my phone with me everywhere and no one has even attempted to arrange the return of this vehicle. I've waited several weeks and nothing has been done to even schedule the return. When I looked on the Massimo website this morning, it appears that someone deleted the entire case requesting return. It says "no cases" which of course is not true. So much for the one year warranty. If Massimo has the decency to finally process this return and give me my money back, I will update this review. But so far, nothing. UPDATE: after several more days of no action, I asked the csa to escalate the issue to a supervisor, and if I didn't hear anything within an hour, I would be compelled to call and ask for a supervisor to report the lack of action on this case. Suddenly, minutes later, a freight company called me, and I was able to give them the contact information for a towing service. In a couple of hours, the vehicle was removed. But when I spoke to the csa, she admitted that she had not submitted the return to Accounting for a refund, and started hemming and hawing about how they only work until 5:30 (read: so they probably won't issue the refund today....) I kept emailing various people at the freight company and cc'ing the csa at Massimo. When the manager at the freight company offered to start contacting the people he knows at Massimo, the csa reported that Accounting issued the refund. I checked with Amazon, and sure enough, the refund came through, however, it will take 3-5 days for the money to appear as a credit, and then probably another 3 days to get it transferred to my bank account, because you have to start a request for credit balance to get back your money from the Amazon Store card. Because of the long delay, I will get the money back too late for our holidays. My great grandson won't be getting an awesome gift because they were so slow taking the return. This has been a less than ideal experience. Honestly, I would never make a large purchase through Amazon again, even with a manufacturer who is easier to deal with.
