This came next day.Love this case!!I had the black one for over a year with a tempered protector under the top.The top, while clear and has zero issues with a touch screen, is not protective during face down falls that land on uneven surfaces. I know this because I had to replace the tempered piece a couple times at least. I drop my phone a lot.Multiple spills of different types of liquid over the life of it never got past the case. It seals up like a zip lock baggie. Sort of a pain to put together and take off, but some broken finger nails are worth this kind of protection. The only reason I replaced it was because I had stuck a sleeve wallet on the back and got tired of replacing it, and the fact that with the wallet it makes the phone too bulky to work with holders.The purple is not quite as shown, looks more like plastic, but it matches the wallet my aunt gave me. And now it no longer will get confused with someone elses black case phone.Update 5/25/22I just accidentally dropped/slammed my phone on chunky asphalt face down, which could have gone badly had I not had this case, and the tempered cover. Slight scratch on the outer case. Otherwise, no cracks or any other damage.Love, love, love this case!!

Fits perfectly with breathing room for the camera lens, and no issue with using the touch screen with the case on. When opening the protective guard for the inlet for the charger dock and wired audio, the guard takes some serious effort to pry open because the elasticity makes it so that it's always guarding the inlet especially for the dock if you have to charge with the wire.One of the main reasons I ordered this product was because the original protective screen for my Galaxy Note 9 has lost grip and fell apart. I was given a spare case by a relative I had in the wings and it was bulky, and I had a more preferred way to charge my phone—wirelessly—which couldn't be accomplished with a thick plastic case(durable, yes, but a pain to carry). I have a magnetic wireless charger that I can bring anywhere, but it would charge effectively if it can make contact with the back side of my smart phone. The back side of clear plastic case has a layer thin enough to not only prevent scratch or damage, but when I magnetically attach my phone to the charger, it is able to charge like normal.I do drop my phone at times, but the sides and layers feel durable(but doesn't look like it's guaranteed to survive being thrown like a fast ball or smashed with general force) with shock absorbers on each corner, it's easy to grip, plastic layer over the buttons work, and doesn't take up too much space in my pocket. There is no protection for the pen.I don't plan on changing phones for as long as my Note 9 works, but to anyone using a smart phone like mine, this case is recommended especially if you use a wireless charger.The one other trouble I have is being able to take this off, like, what if someone reparing it needs to have an easier access to the circuitry but doesn't want to risk damaging the case?Overall, this is a good case, light and practical.
