Great quality. There’s been significant research on the positive effective of mushrooms. But, who knows. I’ve spent a lot of money on supplements in the past. I’m just down to a few mushroom extracts and a quality multivitamin, now. Hope to live a healthily to 100!

I started taking mushrooms to help recover from a horrendous pathology known as (and related to) Tardive Dyskenisia. I have fought and fought and found as many ways to pick myself up as possible and mushrooms was one of the ways I fought the toxicity that major tranquilizers (also known as antipsychotics, neuroleptics and sometimes chemical hand cuffs) left me with. I switched to using this aqueaous extract after learning of its difference in healing constituents from the powdered mycelial extract. This contains significantly more beta-glucans than arabinoxylenes. I switched not because the mycelial extract wasn't doing it for me with helping with my TD, but because it wasn't heavy duty enough for my inflammation from arthritis in my neck. Upon using this extract, my neck inflammation has disappeared. This stuff is dank. Paul Stamets put some studies in his book Mycomedicinals that suggest the mycelial powder and liquid extract work even better together. I have switched to this extract though, and my inflammation continues to be at an all time low. I also take Glucosamine Sulfate, which has greatly helped me rebuild my body to a manageable state with the arthritis and TD. This is a powerful healing mushroom. I'd highly suggest it to anyone with oral-facial TD and related pathologies to try this mushroom for the pain related to their issues, like arthritis.
