In it she said, "We are a small family business, and we are so grateful that you supported us and tried out the jars. If we were unable to earn your 5-star rating with our product, at least we can provide 5-star service." That's exactly what Wee Sprout did. With no prompting from me, they gave me a full refund and replaced my jars. I was floored. This is a company that cares a lot about its reputation and about keeping its customers happy. This product and company get my full endorsement. I've said before that it's a good product and maybe I just had one bad jar. I've continued using my old jars since the one broke, and I've had no further incidents. Just be careful about microwaving cool jars; make sure you use low settings (mine was from from the fridge, not the freezer). -------- Overall, I do like these jars. They're attractive, easy to clean, and do a great job of storing food (usually...see below). My baby is all grown up now, but I purchased these for myself. I'm a bariatric patient, and these are the perfect size for my food portions, making it very convenient to prepare meals ahead of time and store them for later. That's exactly what I would do, and when I was read to eat, I'd pop something in the microwave to warm it up. The jars claim to be microwave safe, so I didn't think there would be an issue. Well, as the photo shows, there was an issue today, and it's a big one, which is why I had to give a middling rating of three stars. I heard a pop from the microwave and I knew instantly what had happened. I can only hope this one jar was defective, but I'm hesitant to test it out on any more of my jars.

Great product and even better customer service! Love these jars for storing baby food and milk. Quality is solid and lids fit well. One of my jars arrived with an unknown material stuck to it I couldn’t get off. I emailed support who responded right away and sent me an entirely new set promptly. Would definitely order from them again!

Love the jars, we use these for daycare and they’re very solid and leakproof. Customer service is top notch too when we had an issue with one, they resolved it very quickly. There are so many options out there for similar products but I’m very glad I picked this brand

I love the size and color, and the fact that they’re both microwave and dishwasher safe makes them even better!

My daughter in law loves these wonderful jars. The colors are beautiful and the quality is just what we require.

EDIT: I changed the rating due to Weesprout’s outstanding customer service. They offered me a full refund and are sending me another set of jars. Very pleased with their response and customer service. These jars originally seemed high quality but I have had to thrown more than half of them away due to them cracking. I warmed them in my baby’s dr brown bottle warmer with the lid loose and the jars would crack. Very upsetting. Especially since it says it is dishwasher safe and you can use bottle warmer to heat contents, but it clearly cannot withstand the heat.

These are great for freezing purées or storing dry or more solid items in, but do not hold liquids very well. They tend to leak or you take the lid off and leak a bunch that settles into the lid somehow. I still use them and my son is eating solids now so I use them for storage for snacks to go into the diaper bag. Love the glass instead of silicone or plastic! Still well worth the purchase but that is why I am not giving 5 stars.

It’s no secret that baby food is way overpriced. It’s also no secret that it’s super easy to make. Grab yourself a blend and for the price of one name brand cup of baby food you can make 5 or 6 of these. Get them, save some money.

The glass containers are very easy to crack. Not so recommended for preparing baby food.

The quality is excellent, and I highly recommend this product.

Top quality

I've only had these for less than a month and already had a few shatter in the microwave even though they are listed as microwave safe! I wasn't even heating for very long (less than 30 seconds) and wasn't even heating from frozen (just cold or room temp). Since I'm using these to store baby food, it's extremely concerning if it breaks around myself or my baby or if there is broken glass around. Steer clear of this poor quality product!
