    Not flattening my photo

Although the optical quality of the acrylics are crisp and clear; somehow, the 2 pieces of acrylics are not clamping down my photo flat. I see certain areas that are not flat and it is clearly revealed by accent lighting. At this price, I do not expect such issues.This may not be an issue for smaller size photos but for the 36x24 size, it is not able to clamp it down flat.Wished that it were flatter and this would be a perfect framing solution.

Unfortunately, bought several of these, but one turned out scratched. The scratch is visible where you can see it, oh well. Very expensive item and I think I waited to late to return because return is not an option, just Archive. Lesson learned, open items right away and don't let them sit. As far as product, I bought four of them and the other ones seem to be working out and are on the wall. They are sleek looking and I get lots of compliments.

I received my double panel floating frame today which also included the hardware and installation/cleaning instructions. It was well packaged and the frame is of good quality. I like the versatility of it because even though it is designed to hang on the wall, it also looks great standing on a table or mantle. However, it does need a little piece of tape on the back of the photo to secure it to the back of the frame to keep the photo from sliding, as suggested in the instructions.
