I put these in a pair of OTZ og ave which had wonderful width and toe space but was too soft and flexible. Works great to stiffen the shoe and my feet are happier. The Birkenstock and OTZ inserts are nearly identical in shape. I ordered the Birkenstock 37 and the OTZ size 38 for an exact match up.

Birkenstock never fails to provide comfort in any surface!!! I usually work 10-16 hours a day at the kitchen. my birkis itself is still alive after 3 years. I just bought new soles because they are too old and starting to break! :)

This will last a long time, the ones that came with my shoes lasted for 2 years.

This is not as wide as a typical Birkenstock regular width. Especially with the curled edges that extend all the way around the insole. The arch support is inferior, as well. I had to add a tarsal pad to get the same level of support my hard sole birks give. I thought I might get away with these, but they aren’t for me.

These inserts really help with my old tired feet. I actually get sneakers a size larger to be able to put these inserts in the shoe.
