Nozzle Sticks Open / Doesn't Shut Off During Use! Need reach back to turn off main diverter valve.
The media could not be loaded. Spray Nozzle Sticks Open / Will Not Shut Off During Use! Have to reach back to turn off main diverter valve. Worked fine for 2 weeks then nozzle started sticking open. At first a dribble then just kept spraying full blast. Have to reach back under toilet tank to shut off at main valve while water is spraying out of nozzle! The valve in the handheld nozzle is poorly designed such that when you let go of the button it doesn't shut off.

Leaky Handle Base
The base of handle leaked. I returned and bought another style.

It's fine, no leaks
It's fine , no leaks . The only negative is the diverter valve does not reduce or cut the water pressure so it's always strong .

Unexpected leaks
I like this product, but the area of small holes (where the water actually comes out/nozzle) is constantly dripping water. I have to hang it over my bathtub rather than actually mounting it to the wall. I was worried about leaks in the hose, or around where the different pieces connect, but the actual leak I have was unexpected.
