They introduce about 1 - 1.5 ohm of varying resistance, not bad for most cases, but an issue if you need to get an exact reading in the 0-50 ohm range (i.e. +- 0.3).  Have not noticed any issues with voltage.  Otherwise construction is good, and would be great for most applications.
