It takes ten amps to run these lights but make sure you put them on a circuit by themselves because you will overload whatever else is on that circuit.

Yes. This has one controller for inside and outside lights. They can't be controlled independently though.

Q: how to you hold a solid color, mines keep flashing different colors?

At first mine did too but here is the thing and its a little funny actually if i recall i think like almost 100 patterns so you will have to flip through it till you find solid. If i remember I THINK if you look on control box A-1 through A-7 might be the solid colors or S-1 through S-7 i dont remember very much because unforntunetly a few months ago i got into a car crash with this installed and the insurance company basically claimed everything in my car even my after market things... I hope i answered your question. P.s. I believe the control box goes up too number 99 after that its solid colors.

This kity doe s not have the brake light feature, That is only avaiable on our Chrome kits
