When we came to reuse it a few weeks ago it was just leaking everywhere- we can only assume there was some residual water left within, or perhaps condensation, and we are assuming the -13 temps we dropped to this winter caused the damage!Anyway, I contacted the sellers to see if we could get spare parts to fix the problem, or else we would have to buy a new one. They were beyond brilliant! After opening it up to send them a video (now we could really see where the damage was, and I knew then it was irreparable!) they came straight back to me offering a full refund as they didn't have any in stock to replace it with. Well, I certainly wasn't expecting that and was resigned to spending another £250+!
