Football practice
I bought this for son during off season so he can practice it is a nice set up. Although I'm to fond of the ladder. Not sure if just made a certain way or just this type but everything else we enjoyed. Especially the bands.

So the bands look like they are messed up and donโt work but they are just stuck together in my video you can see how I pulled them apart

MISSING MUSCLE ROLLER
Same as other people reported. The description says a muscle roller would be included, the box said the same, but it was not in the box.
