You're supposed to take 2 of these ALFA VITAMINS Zinc + Vitamin C, D & Echinacea Powerful Formula (ASIN: B08ZR8ZQNV) caplets each day, meaning there is a 60 day supply in the bottle. The nice, flip-top lid reveals a lightly orange "vitamin C" kind of scent and the generic flat white caplets. The vitamin C scent is due to the fact that there is a lot of vitamin C in each serving, 500 mg, while only about 50 mg of zinc, even though it is the first ingredient in the title! However, 50 mg of zinc seems in line with warehouse store zinc supplements, just requiring two caplets, instead of one! As you're intended to swallow these with water, I would imagine, there's not a noticeable taste for the moments its in your mouth, and I didn't notice anything else remarkable about them! For the current price of $20, it seems like an expensive way to get your zinc, but you also have the benefits of the vitamin C, D3 and echinacea, all of which are said to help boost your immune system, so what's not to like about that?

We take it daily and it's been in our supplement routine for a long time. We love the benefits. It's great for the bones, immune system, mood. You can really see the difference once you start taking it. We love that daily value percentage is much higher than most supplements out there making these really good quality. They come in a container. The tablets are regular size and pretty easy to swallow. There is no strong smell or flavor which is good. There are 120 tables, you take 2 a day which makes it enough for 2 months. I think the price is reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them.

I selected these ALFA VITAMINS supplements to help support my immune system, especially with the changing seasons. This formula brings together Zinc, Vitamin C, D3, and Echinacea, which are all well-known for their immune-supporting properties. I appreciate having these key ingredients combined in one caplet. Beyond immune function, it’s also supposed to support bone health and provide antioxidant protection, adding a broader benefit. These caplets are easy to take daily and haven’t caused me any issues. It would be nice to have a clear indication of third-party testing on the label would be a nice addition for extra assurance. Tips & Alt Uses: Consistency is key with supplements; taking them around the same time each day helps me. While great for daily support, these could be particularly useful during times of increased exposure or seasonal changes. I will update this review if anything changes within 1 year. A 5-star rating indicates the product meets my expectations for its purpose.

I usually take Zinc + Vitamins D in winter to avoid colds..and so far it worked well. Adding VitC & Echinacea to the mix should be even better for immune support and all. These things become more important as we age. I am old school and typically like to just add it to my morning oats. So this is a good combo to reduce the number of "bitter pills" to swallow :-) Made in the US rather than from an alphabet salad company is a plus too.

This is a great little combo pill! I take all of this on a regular basis any way minus echinacea that is. That being said any time I can get a combo multi, I jump on it. Who likes taking a handful of pills. All of these are really good for your immune system and wellbeing. I've been using them for years so this stuff is a very welcomed addition to my daily routine. Definitely good value for money.
