I purchased it for my Mother in law and she can't get it to charge. Any ideas?

Did she pull the tab out to start it charging? Like anything with a battery there is a tab to pull out.

Gift arrived broken, how do I get it replaced? Also doesn't light after sitting in sun for 2 days. No indicator on on/off button to show on or off.

Same problem. From all the comments, it appears there is a major production. It’s a faulty product! Does charge-only lit a few times then stopped working entirely. No replacement given as was assured by the company. Sad, can’t trust quality control anymore for anything.

Is this product IP65 rated?

Not sure it's IP 65. But I live where there is high winds and when it rains, it rains hard and fast. So far after several months my turtle still works great.

Tiny Turtle but Mighty Bright

This is a very beautiful turtle statue from Nacome. Love the craftsmanship. The operating instructions are easy to follow—I just placed the figurine outside in the sunlight for the solar power to charge up for a while, and voila!!! The colors are so bright and they light up my patio beautifully at night. The only thing to note is the size; I wish it were a bit larger as it is quite small. However, the quality of the light is so good that I still love it. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Very pretty lights but could have been better

Looks really pretty But when I shake the product there are weird noises. Overall I like this product, the only thing needed to be fixed is the noise when the product is shaked.

Perfect gift for mom, or anyone that enjoys adding a bit of whimsy to their life

Super cute, well made. Much better than I thought it would be. It is way cuter in person. My mom has had it for quite awhile now, and it is still in perfect condition. My mom loves cool decorations in her garden, and this is the perfect fit. I can’t remember if I bought it as a birthday gift for her, or as part of her Mother’s Day gift, but either way, she loves it.

Super cute, fun yard decoration for the pool area

My five year old granddaughter who lives 900 mi away wanted to buy her mom something special for her b day. She picked this out for around their pool. It is beautiful and will add something lovely to look at during the day and after night! Love the solar lights!

Cute but not good with wind.

It’s is really cute however I only had it for one day and we had a small gust of wind. It knocked it over from my patio and the angel completely shattered and is unusable now. I have another one and have had it for years but this angel didn’t even last me one day. The lights still work at least but this is a sad $25 and wish I would’ve saved my money instead.
