I was so impressed with these sheet pans that I ordered a set for my cousin as a high school graduation gift. Unless I miss my guess, these pans are almost indestructible. I don't see any reason why a 20-year old couldn't use them every day for the next 50 years! In addition to their intended purpose, they also make great lap trays. See photo.

I dont recall if I got this from the NY Times Best Baking Stuff or where but that is how I shop. Love nice things and like buying when reviews overwhelmingly pick an product. These are high quality. I am a new baker and everything is coming out amazingly. CAUTION: It is a little like potato chips... you will want more.

I bought these specifically to have some nice new cookie sheets for my Christmas baking. They worked so well. They are a good value for the price. They heat evenly and are easy to clean. They have not warped at in the oven. I have used then many times for other baked goods, vegetables, etc. I would buy them again.

I don’t think this company has ever made a low tier product. Definitely nonstick and worth the purchase.

Even heat distribution, does make a difference. Also I have used the darker baking sheets and they always burn the bottom of pastries, bread etc whereas these never do. My got to from now on. Perfect every time! The ONLY thing is they shipped the WRONG BAKING SHEETS and plastic wrap was open, baking pan was unwrapped. Returned and ordered again, hoping they get it right this time. The prism does make a difference.

Tired of my old stained sheet pans, I threw them all away and replaced them with a different very well-known brand. The first time I used them (unfortunately after the return period) I had stains again. I was so disappointed that I tossed them and ordered these Nordic Ware. Finally I have what I was looking for: they don’t warp in a hot oven; they cook evenly over the whole pan; and, best of all, they clean up beautifully.

So far so good, been using them for a month now and they're easy to clean and didn't stain so far

You have to use baking paper or you risk scraping little pieces of the pan off and into your food. I made potatoes recently and they were stuck to the bottom of the pan. I used a spatula to lift them and halfway through my meal, I realized little pieces of this aluminum pan in my potatoes. The spatula made little shavings into this pan and they stuck to the food. This pan is not durable, clearly.
