It looks like it should work right
So I bought this tested it in a cup looks as advertised. Idk if my lawn has really done that great with it. I will say I over applied it. Try it out for yourself!

Clumpy and hard to spread
I used it to transplant a tree and seems to have helped. I tried to spread in a trouble area of the lawn per instructions. The product was clumpy, and very difficult to spread. Clean-up was very time consuming and one really must want to use it to justify the clean-up afterwards.

Not as advertised
Whatever was sent to me came in a plain white burlap sack like shown, but it did not work well at all. I would not recommend this product. For comparison, i bought crystals from Miracle-Gro that were amazing.

Easy to use
This was effortlessly easy to use. I did not test the absorption rate but mixed in with soil and trusting it will be doing its job.
