A decent product
Build quality is good and it was easy to mount on the wall of my bungalow. It's doing its job well so far, but as with all outdoor items, I'll have to see what the British weather does to the materials used to make it.

better than most lines iv'e used.
Reasonably sturdy. Stronger than other line s of used. This is the third make. The others had the same design fault. The anchor pins in the body which afix to the wall bracket pass through to plastic hole sleeves. These take all the strain which in time just fracture, thus rendering the line useless.This mode has the wall bracket already6 mounted into the securing pins which are part of the body of the unit.It makes it far stronger. Works as a line should.

Be ready to buy stronger hooks.
My line arrived on time, it looks well made. The only problem you'll have is the hooks they supplied are weak and not up to par. The first time I used the washing line the hook bent ,so went to my local hardware store and bought some proper ones to use.

Great replacement
Easy to use and seems sturdy. Great for a busy garden where you don’t want a line up constantly. Brought to replace our old one that we’d have for a few years. Retraction is great on this and really useful to have the two lines

Breaks easily
This is the 2nd one I have purchased and it’s broken again. It can’t hold the weight of washing and snaps from the wall attachment and isn’t able to be repaired. I will not be purchasing a 3rd!

Faulty , returning
Easy to install , extended both lines got washing dry , got washing off line one side of the line retracted nicely the other wouldn’t go back in , so sending it back but will give them another chance and ordering another

Like this as I can put the line away when not in use handy when we have bbqs no one gets caught up on it The appearance is good and keeps tight easy to use and good value for money. Retractable is easy.
