When i opened this up, I was in little skeptical at first. The plastic basin is very stiff . Meaning doesn't flex easily. I used a level to install the stake in the ground, which made it easy to keep it level. Mounted the basin and filled it up and was almost perfectly level. I was impressed with how sturdy it actually is. Im not worried about the squirrels jumping on it at all. Like the wing nut feature for easy cleaning. For the price it is impressive.

Absolutely LOVE THIS BIRDBATH!!! I read many reviews prior to purchase. It’s oblong in shape, the recommended depth, easy to clean and fill. The standing stake has a wingnut so you can easily remove the basin for cleaning. It’s very well made, and roomy enough for the birds to bathe! The stake has 3 long prongs which secure it in the ground! Am extremely happy with my purchase of this Garbuildman birdbath!!!!!!!

I really wanted something where I could take the bowl off for frequent cleaning; the birds, I find, like having water VERY much, it's increased the bird activity in my yard by a great deal, but they leave the water a mess, so I change it every day, and clean the bowl frequently. I thought that when the description said it screwed together easily that it would be easy to use that to get the bowl off and dump it. Nope. The stand screws together in the middle; if you use that, you are likely to end up with filthy bird bath water all over as you unscrew it. I thought you might be able to unscrew the bowl directly from the top of the stand, but those screws are small and really quite inaccessible once the birdbath is in place. They were not designed to permit easy access to removing and cleaning the bowl. The prongs that go into the ground are fairly sturdy, which is nice, but I really wish it was more balanced. I would prefer 4-5 prongs in a balanced array, but it's got the central pole that continues straight down, and then prongs to either side that sit forward, so overall it's a triangle, which is a stable tripod, but, since it's a tripod where all the weight is on only balanced over the one corner, it's not as stable as it could be. But basically, I use and reuse the holes it sits in to take the water out and clean the bath. The bath is a great depth, but I wish it was a bit wider, as it's very limited as to how many birds can use it at once, and the water evaporates pretty quickly on a hot day, despite being in the shade. So, not bad overall for the price, but overall, lots of room for improvement.

Be very aware that the dimensions for this are for the long length of an oval. This IS NOT wide enough to fully use a fountain in because it shoots out of the bowl, unless you want to constantly refill it. Water tends to get hot due to plastic. Plastic is prone to water stains. UPDATE: This product itself is nicely made, but I recommend against getting it for a fountain or holding water, for seed or such it would be fine (though not my choice). It is too small to contain the spray from A SMALL fountain pump and the shallow plastic causes the water to get hot in the sun (I sometimes even put ice cube in it, my birds and have a relationship 😉) UPDATE 2: This really is NOT usable as a bird bath at all! As a feeder it would work, but my birds are happy to eat off the ground. As a bird bath, it is too narrow to use a small fountain punp, it is very difficult to disassemble to clean, the plastic makes the water very hot, algae grows in it which is impossible to clean well. There are other brands that are identical to this and I am sure they have the same flaws.

So far the only one who really likes it is the mourning dove who likes to just sit in it. But it is close to the window where I sit so it doesn't get as much traffic. I got this specifically to put in a giant planter on my patio so pulling it out to rinse it is not a problem. It is very sturdy and heavier than I thought. The slots on the sides are perfect for birds. My large bird bath has the same slots and all the birds and squirrels love it. My previous one didn't have slots and I did not get a lot of birds. I also bought one for my mom, the green one, and it fits in perfect with the tall grass on the side of her patio! We'll see how they hold up during the winter. I think it will do fine. But if it cracks when the water freezes I would still buy another for next year only put away in the winter. Update: it survived a couple deep freezes in NE Ohio! It's now March 2022 and it has not cracked despite me pressing on the rim to pop out the frozen water several times so I could put hot water in it. The birds love it and the squirrels like that it's sturdy and doesn't wobble much or fall over when they jump on it like the standing bath does!

Purchased another one 2 years ago, cannot get the mfg. to respond to warranty claim. As long as you don't mind replacing when they crack and leak these are top notch. Easy to install, birds and squirrels have no issues using. Goes well with my landscape.

Birds don't like this. I placed an earthenware birdbath near this This was preferred by the birds. Not at all value for money. The maximum you can charge is only below Rs1000

Color is green which I picked, Looks good and like the deep dich. Well done.
