This is the second time purchasing the BigXwell Solar Pool Cover, and I continue to be impressed by its performance. We have an above-ground pool, and after using this cover for the first season, I decided to buy another for this year due to how well it worked in heating the pool and reducing water evaporation. Excellent choice for our oddly shaped pool. A sturdy cover that keeps out a lot of debris, reduces evaporation, floats well, and keeps in a lot of warmth. It was easy to shape to our needs with a permanent marking pen and a pair of scissors. If you plan on using a reel system with clips for storage, be sure to take that into account when measuring for an accurate fit.

High quality, thick material, received quick and warms up the pool faster than the clear cover I had previously.

So far so good. It’s thick and seems of good quality. Hopefully it lasts longer than the others we have purchased. Ask me again next year lol

We received this item just before a heat wave in the northeast. It definitely is larger than the actual size of the 12 foot diameter but in this case my husband used the grommets to secure the cover over the edge of the foot and tie it the sidebars so it won't blow off and it can't easily be moved by our 5 year old grandson. As of today it has increased the temperature by 10 to 15 degrees which wouldn't have happened without it, and it holds the heat overnight. good purchase at a better price than I found on the direct pool supply sites.

Doesn't increase the pool temp. But, it will dramatically slow overnight temperature loss. A good investment.

Very thick and stiff should last longer than the flimsy ones. Cut easily with scissors to a perfect fit. Cheaper solution than ordering from manufacturer, just brought separate straps and installed myself. Now my swim spa has a thick summer cover which won’t bunch up when self clean jets come on.
