IT WORKS!!
I followed the instructions! Adjusting the height, so that the unit is at the level of your eyes while driving is key. Then it let's you know if you are not looking straight ahead.

Not what I expected…
I did not have luck with this item. I followed all the instructions to set it up. It seemed easy but while driving, the alarm goes off constantly. I cannot even turn my head a little to look for other cars without it going off. Im not quite sure if it’s supposed to do that or if the alarm is only supposed to sound when you are actually nodding off or falling asleep at the wheel. I tried anything I could to adjust the device but it still did the same thing. I need a product that will still allow me to drive normally and only alert me if I start falling asleep, not alert me the entire car ride.
