Toughgrade is the right name for this product
This stuff works as advertised. It does a great job in a tough environment. It definitely takes care in applying, but with the release tape backing, after just a little practice it gets almost easy. It is actually the easiest and, so far, the most durable solution I have found, bonding metal to metal with flexibility, exposed to Texas sun.

Seemed as good as the pricey stuff..but get what you pay for
I covered a flat roof on one side of the house with EPDM two years ago. Uses a rather pricey seal tape at the seams and at the edges. It's held up quite well. Decided to do the same with our screened area. I decided to go with this tape as it was priced better. It actually feels exactly the same and went down the same. It rained about a week after I put the roof down and check the seams. I noticed quickly that some of the tape had started to curl at the edges. I'll try to use some adhesive at the edges but I shouldn't have to do this. I'm getting some water underneath..I can't really say whether it's the tape or not but I'm not happy. picture included. I did uses some degreaser and cleaner on the epdm though no primer (I didn't use primer on the first roof that seems fine.

Works Okay
Does not hold up as well as I hoped for. Not as good as the original. Not bad, but not great either.

This tape doesn't suck
Used as directed and holy crap does this tape stick good. I also used it to temp repair a wet window that had snow on the other side... has held for a month now. This tape doesn't suck.

Mediocre at best
I hoped this product was similar to Eternabond tape because there is a substantial the price difference. It doesn't stick as well long term and failed in months in areas were the other had been down for years.
