I have a pretty significant vitamin D deficiency. My doctor told me to find a good vitamin d that doesn’t make my stomach upset - as I have been sensitive in the past. These are nice and small, easy to swallow and do not make me sick at all! They actually have made me feel sooo much better and my numbers are up! Such a good brand that has come very recommended by many of the people I follow on instagram!

I have Multiple Sclerosis which causes me to be vitamin D deficient. So I need to take high quality vitamin d supplements. I was excited to try this brand by nutritionist and health expert Jessica Sepel. I'm only giving this 4 stars because I've only been taking it for a few weeks, but so far so good and my recent blood work showed I'm not D deficient, so that's a good sign.

Vitamin D has been one of those supplements that has been heavily researched and deficits have been correlated with the future possible potential of certain ailments so it is important but one we may easily miss due to more time indoors and lack of natural availability from our diet. Particularly those of us who are plant based.That said, it is important to pick a good brand as the supplement industry is not that well regulated and this one in particular does not include a bunch of questionable fillers and is still very reasonably priced. It is plant based and D3 also helps your body absorb calcium. It is also one pill once a day which I appreciate.Well priced for a plant based D3 that is easy to take !

Great product and easy to swallow. Don’t have to worry about them sticking together like the gel ones. There’s really no flavor, if there is, it isn’t bad. Because of my autoimmune disorder and some of the meds I’m on the dr wants me to take vitamin D. This hit the spot!

I recently had a vitamin D test that showed I was deficient, so I started taking these supplements. Quite tiny and easy to swallow. I have to assume they are doing what they are supposed to be doing, as I don't feel any different. I like that they're a clean product. Two month supply.
