A must-have postpartum essential—especially after a C-section
As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must. I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them. I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about. I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either. Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!

Fit size 16 perfectly
As I didn't know what type of birth I would end up having, I thought it best to buy these disposable knickers just incase. They are described as for use post c-section, but I thought they would also be useful for any type of birth. In the end I had a vaginal birth, but I still decided to use these whilst I was in the hospital and experiencing heavy blood loss post partum. I teamed them with the Lil-lets maternity pads, which fit perfectly. Pre-pregnancy I was a size 16 and I really only gained standard baby weight during my pregnancy. The knickers fit me absolutely fine and didn't feel either too big or too small. They had good stretch, but didn't seem to become baggy. The knickers were soft and comfortable. They were very durable and I didn't feel like they would fall apart, although they are disposable. If I had a second pregnancy I would definitely purchase these knickers again for post partum. They are a little pricey, but I think they were definitely worth it.

Skeptic turned supporter!
I bought these to try after seeing all the good reviews, but I was skeptical given the size option only being 'regular' as prepregnancy I was a size 14. They are, however, very stretchy and comfortable. They're also breathable and provide support and most importantly takes away the additional (albeit small) burden of worrying if you've bled too much and need to do additional wash loads etc in the first few days post-birth. For peace of mind alone they are priceless. Highly recommend, they're worth the price!!

A must have for your hospital bag
I tell everyone that I know is having a baby to purchase at least one box of these (though most order a second when they see how good, time saving and handy they are). Comfortable, durable, perfect for your maternity pad and if the pad leaks (which can happen with best will in the world those first few days) who cares, rip them off, bin them and grab a fresh pair! Game changer when your trying to care for your new little person and yourself in those first weeks

Good around the belly, tight around the thighs
With them being one size only, I was a bit worried they'd be tight around my belly, as it was really big and I knew it wouldn't magically shrink right after birth. In the end, that was absolutely fine and the sizing issue I ended up having was actually around the thighs. I ended up cutting little notches to make them bigger around the thighs and they were finally comfy! For reference I'm 5'3" and was around 183lbs at the time of birth. The material is a bit funny but not uncomfortable. It stretched quite well and wrapped my belly well. I had a C-section and it covered everything well and didn't hurt or get itchy. They're not the most glamorous looking knickers but when you finally get to meet your little bundle of joy, you couldn't care less. I used them with pads so I can't say about absorbency and leakage but they did the job overall.

Best buy for C-section Recovery
The best thing I bought for C-section recovery. These have a great amount of stretch - I'm a UK16 and they have been perfect for me. They almost contour to your body after first putting them on, so have no risk of falling down. This has been a great comfort to me whilst getting used to caring for my C-section scar.

Super comfortable after c-section
I have used them for few weeks after my c-section. The knickers didn't press on my scars and they were very comfortable.

Higienicos y agradables
