I have a few other of Debbie Madison's cookbooks, they are very good, just like this one is too!!! The recipes look delicious and I can't wait to try them out!!! Thank you Debbie for giving me some new and delicious ideas on what to make with chicken, and also thank you for including the crock pot recipe in the front of the book. Nice cookbook, keep up the good work!! I would definitely recommend this cookbook!

This may be a good starter cookbook for some, but for an experienced home cook its the same old chicken recipes you can find anywhere. I also think the use of Cream of Anything soup has seen its day, and recipes that include it should be updated for today's healthier eating.

I've cooked a chicken numerous times in the crockpot with Debbie's basic chicken recipe. It is every bit as represented. Truly delicious as a rotisserie store bought chicken! Plus there's more recipes for that chicken once cooked. Yum.

Almost every recipe uses canned, condensed soup — real sodium bombs, and other convenience foods: frozen vegetables, ready-made pie crusts, etc. Why not recipes using more unprocessed ingredients? The already roasted chicken is a huge timesaver.

Am soooo glad I got this cookbook. I bought my own rotisserie because I love this type of cooking but mainly for the chicken.Anyone who wants it all laid out this is a good buy. I am a diabetic I eat low carb did not let this book scare me away. Just swap out the carb or glutton items you do not want.

This makes dinner so much easier to put together.
