Pretty but doesn't work
Received this clock which I purchased for my mom. The clock is beautiful and she was so excited. Unfortunately, after getting it all set up, the pendulum does not swing back and forth. I've gone through the set up process three times and it stops swinging after about five minutes. I tried to process an exchange and exchanges are not available and I have to return, get a refund and then repurchase it through Amazon? Anyway, just frustrating
