Black Tea Black tea is fully oxidized , meaning that molecules in the tea react with oxygen to give the leaves a rich, robust flavor. From classic blends like English Breakfast and Earl Grey to delicate Darjeeling and breezy Ceylon tea, there’s more to black tea than you might expect… Green Tea The core difference between green and black tea is oxidation. Green tea is heated to stop oxidation – preserving that fresh taste and green color that makes it famous. Famed for its fresh, verdant taste, lush green tea hails from China and Japan – whose different methods of firing and steaming can have a big effect on the final cup. Fruit & Herbal Our fruit and herbal infusions don't technically contain tea: instead, they're blended from fruit, herbs, spices and flowers. This means that all of our infusions – with the exception of our herbal mate infusions – are naturally caffeine-free . Review: Soooooo Gooood, but check expiration dates - When I first tasted this exquisite tea, it was like uncovering a hidden treasure from a far-off land. My sister had brought it back from her adventures in England, and I hesitated to open it, enchanted by the beautiful tin adorned with delicate designs. It sat on my shelf for a good six months, a precious keepsake from afar. When I finally brought myself to unseal the tin, the aroma that wafted out was as enchanting as the packaging. The tea itself was delicate and delightful, a true reflection of its outward beauty. As I savored each sip, I couldn't help but feel a sense of sophistication and elegance, as if I were transported to a grand English tea parlor. To my surprise, my teenage daughter fell in love with the tea as well. She was so taken by its allure that she almost finished the entire tin on her own, savoring each cup as if it were a precious indulgence. When it was nearly gone, she confessed that she didn't want the experience to end. With her newfound love for the tea, I decided to surprise her with her own tin for Christmas. However, I quickly learned that the expiration date on the tin I purchased was significantly shorter than the one my sister had brought from England. It was a mere four months from the time I received it, in stark contrast to the two-year shelf life of the original tin. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased only one tin at a time, considering the shorter expiration date. Nevertheless, the joy and delight this tea has brought to our home have made it a cherished and treasured part of our everyday rituals. Review: This tea is SO good. - This beautiful tea is delicious, and so fragrant. Mango, Bergamot and green tea - mmmmmm. So beautifully executed. There are quite a few reviews that are one star because of spillage in shipping. That seems kind of unfair to rate the tea itself on spillage that happened after it was sent. For those who care to know about the packaging, the tin had a secure delicate tape that went across the inside closure to prevent spillage. Seems like they have figured out how to secure the packaging during rough shipping. My 5 star review is on the tea itself - beautiful and extraordinary. Just buy it. Oh and, Have tasted the rose before and it too is just delightful.
