This stuff tastes great and I feel like I have more energy. I will definitely be purchasing again once I run out. I bought this to go along with my biotin drops as I've heard b5 also helps with hair and nail growth when deficient. I don't know which is working but I can say my hair and nails are indeed growing and my energy level has increased. I notice a drag when I don't take them

Great drops! They don't taste the best, but they get my levels up so that's great! I highly recommend these!

It is difficult to find B5 alone, and in a form that is so controllable, which I see as a great advantage of this product. Unfortunately the dropper is plain glass, with no measurement marks. With the info provided on the bottle but no marks to figure out what a "dropper full" is, I had to do a bunch of math to be able to use the dropper from another liquid supplement to get the amount I wanted.

I’ve been vegetarian and/or vegan on and off since I was a freshman in high school. Needless to say, I’m deficient in more micronutrients than I can keep up with! (I have never consumed any type of dairy milk at any age. And regardless of whether I am eating a bit of meat here and there if I get carry out, I haven’t cooked meat in my apartment since 2016.) Needless to say, my B levels are not optimal. I can take a sublingual B12 in a 1,000 mg dosage for several days on and off without much issue. The upside is always energy; the downside is typically acne. I use it on and off. Unfortunately, any time I attempt to supplement with other B vitamins, I begin dealing with unknown, unwanted or unexpected side affects. (Fatigue, dry skin, oily skin, tingling sensations, and so on.) Pantothenic acid, of the all the Bs I’m willing to supplement, has resulted in lowest negative side effect profile. I find that it is energy neutral (neither increases nor decreases), and keeps my skin glowing and bright. I do not have acne but do have rosacea, and find it beneficial for this. More importantly, after trying several different formulas and higher dosages, I think it’s important to note that for those who aren’t oily-skinned or trying to clear acne and such to begin with, any dosage about 25 mg per day is most likely excessive. Taking 100 mg per day of a dry tablet for the past several weeks resulted in the same level of brightness and glow that this formula provided, but I noticed within a week that I began growing fine hair on my cheeks and upper thighs where I didn’t have it before. (Not dark hair or anything, but why would I want more body hair? Ha!) When I took this 25mg per day formula for over a month, I never noticed an increase in body or facial hair—but did notice more balanced, glowing and bright skin. So, I’m about to repurchase this and suggest anyone who hasn’t had luck with supplements like collagen or HA (caused acne or didn’t produce desired results) try this.

I like the product. Easy to take, doesn't bother my stomach. Was looking for a liquid supplement and this fulfilled my need. Haven't taken it long enough to notice the impact but I'm being treated with various supplements to regulate hormones and metabolism...hoping this is a helpful addition.
