What does this machine do that any normal coffee maker doesnt? As far as I can tell the "iced" part is all human work, no machine!

I always make coffee with a teeny but if hot water and then add cold milk and ice and there is no refrigeration required. Bob's your Uncle, Fanny's your Aunt !!!

Hi - yes and no. it makes a hot coffee and it is dripped over an insulated I want to say pint but feel that it may be bigger glass for that really large iced coffee. you could do the same if you had your own coffee machine and a jug / cup to capture the coffee before poring over you own ice, but I guess it is the size of the cup that helps this one special. so positive for the volume of iced coffee it makes. the negative being it only comes with one cup so you would end up using your own (which if you have a coffee machine already) defeats the purpose.
