The wrap works as advertised. On the plus side, the gel inside the wrap is very flexible, even when cold, so that it moulds easily around my knee. Also, the velcro straps that hold the wrap in place work well. On the minus side, it does not seem to stay as cold as a different wrap of similar size that I keep in the same freezer. However, that other wrap lacks the velcro straps and is not as flexible when cold.

Small/Medium? I'd like to meet the beast who needs an Extra Large. I don't like the Patella Hole, it doesn't get cold in that portion and the hole is too big. My whole entire knee cap and a little of them some doesn't get cold. What I do like is that it's soft and it compresses real tight if you want. I feel it doesn't stay cold long enough and it would be nice if it was a little more colder.

This is the type of ice wrap used where I have physical therapy for my total knee replacement. Better and easier then putting ice cubes into a bag. This wraps around the front and back of knee.

Great! It takes a few tries to get the hang of wrapping it so it doesn’t drop as you walk, if you’re doing stuff while it does it’s magic.

However, I was told by my PT to purchase this brand and after seeing how pricy they are I put 2 in my cart and did some shopping around. The price when I put it in my cart was 38.00 and when I went back to purchase 3 days later they had gone up to 46.00. Unbelievable. I looked all over for them cheaper and I couldn’t find them anywhere. So I think that is a scam. Then when I go them I was not that impressed, they felt thin and flimsy. I tossed into the freezer and began to use them during my pre-physical therapy and I noticed they only stayed cold for 15 min when it stated on the box,30 min. It’s true the hole for the knee is huge and does not treat the area well enough around the edges of the hole. I know everyone was crazy about the Velcro wrap straps. Not many companies do this but I don’t know how many people ice and rest there knee while walking around. The silky fabric is not attached to the gel pack so it gets twisted up and you have to fix that also if the Velcro gets stuck to the silk it gets ruined when you peel it away. For the money I don’t think it’s worth all the hoo ra about the straps. Plus when they know you have it in your cart they raise the price 8.00 dollars. I think they are gouging people it’s obvious there is not that much money put into the quality. DON’T BUY!!!
