Everything you need to know
I've dabbled over the years trying to ferment my own food but I was always a little scared and skeptical of whatever recipe I was following or the methods. This book dispels all that fear. It's historical book It's a recipe book and it's so comprehensive and broken down so perfectly for beginners and even up to advanced. It's wonderful I love it and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Good info, bad quality
I had her high expectations for this book. Expectations have been met in continent but the quality of the book itself is poor. The paper quality is really thin and I honestly don’t even know why they bothered putting pictures in here because they are such poor quality in black-and-white you can’t even tell what it is. Seriously, why bother? It’s just more frustrating than anything. It really would have been nice to see pictures of some of these recipes since fermenting is kind of an intimidating thing especially for beginners. Unfortunately all of these pictures are completely unhelpful as they all just look like various shapes, sizes, in jars of mud. You can’t tell what anything is.If I had a do-over I’d not purchase this book.
