This is worth the cost but I have it on subscription. It helps me sleep, partly by relieving my knee pains, although I only use 1 pill and only as needed. While using it helps me get & stay sleep (because it is contains a sleep aid), it doesn’t make me tired the next morning. It works quickly & is easy to swallow. Since it’s a pill that you swallow with water, it has no taste.

It takes away pain, it makes me go to sleep, it’s cheaper

Ibuprofen PM not only helps reduce aches and pains, but helps with better quality sleep. An added bonus is this combination of ibuprofen and sleep aid reduces the number of pulls taken separately. They do a great job, it's a good value, and I will never be without them.

My husband uses this for his lower back pain, and to sleep. It works wonders for him. He usually takes 2 at bedtime unless he is in more pain than usual the dr told him to take 3 or 4. Seems to do the trick.
