Large Resin Silicone Mold for Ear Gauges Stretching, 8mm-25mm, Double Flare, Handmade

The mold came in well over due date but it was the holidays so I'm not too upset about that, although at this price I was expecting UPS to deliver it. The mold is very sturdy and while it LOOKS lop-side in some spots, you need to sand down the lip for a smooth finish and I appreciate the forward thinking with that.

Pros: Lovely and clear, can see what things are looking like on the bottom easily. released the castings well and only stained the slightest bit from purple-pink alcohol inks. The sculpt makes it really easy to get all the resin bubbles out from around the flared edges.Cons: The top rim of the mold is a bit wonkey and requires sanding and a lot of clean up on the pieces. Also the mold I received lost a few chunks around the rims of the plugs with the first cast. It may have just been my bad luck getting a less than stellar mold as occasionally happens

Got my mold a couple weeks earlier than expected. It's small so getting them out is a process. I had some air bubbles on the front edge so now I know what to do next time. I've gotta sand the backs and recoat it with UV resin. But so far, I'm pleased after my first pull. The only complaint I have is it didn't come with sizes so I've gotta figure it out myself, slight annoyance but nothing google and a mm ruler cant take care of. I used mother of pearl inlay in this set. If people are complaining about the price of this mold, just use quality inlay in your work and charge 20+ bucks a pair. Problem solved.

The mold seems a little pricey to be honest but it's decent quality. I haven't noticed any defects in mine, and it came with a little flower and bow shape mold as well as the plugs. My resin came out of it super easily. I would recommend this is you're looking for a plug mold for resin!

I received this mold much sooner than predicted. Very happy with that. It was nice and clear, as I like, and surprisingly firm and durable. It came with written instructions on use and cleaning. Nice bonus.I started using it immediately. My results were great, even though it doesn't say anything about using UV resin in it. My method needs little to no sanding, and they came out gorgeous! For my first pair of these, I love how they came out!The seller is brilliant. Does great work. A little pricey, but worth it.

A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Very durable and needs no mold release spray. Some of them have some rough edges but they can be easily hand sanded and polished to perfection. Works great with UV resin.
