I changed all my footwear to the minimalist barefoot design.This one is more of a "sock" than a shoe. The advantage is that I feel the grooves on the ground, which I found interesting as opposed to shoes. Your taste may differ, but I use this to immerse myself in the walk or at the gym. It will look weird, however, when used normally in public places because it will look like you forgot to put your shoes on and just went with your socks :)Overall I would have given it a 5-star review, BUT I ordered the same thing for my wife, and there was an issue: the sizes offered are not comprehensive:- 38/39 was too big for my wife- 36/37 was too smallI was lucky with mine, which fit well, but unfortunately, my wife couldn't use them.I would advise the makers to add more sizes in between. Lumping them like this won't work for many people, and they'll lose a lot of customers and cause unnecessary returns.

Need to buy a few more pairs

Because there is no strap going over the foot to keep it in place, the skinners tend to fold around your foot if you do any quick twisting movement, they may be good for barefoot running and basic weighting, but they are not stable and will keep moving around and folding with any twisting movement

Its just like a sock with a sole added, is not as comfortable as we expected, I don't we can trekking in it , as stones can still hurt you , as the sole is soft. It's comfortable on flat surfaces.

It's not worth the money as soon as I opened it from the package the rubber rocks started to come off it. It is uncomfortable to wear.

I have foot/ toes dystonia and I hardly could walk. The technology is fantastic and they are very comfortable. These shoes really helped me to get our of bed and walk around the house and then slowly, slowly to increase my number of steps. They are very conformable. I would really love to have them in different shapes, forms and colours. Some flats for the summer and boot shape for the winter.

Die Schuhe sind toll, man ist schnell rein geschlüpft.Mein Kritikpunkt ist, dass sie mir zu schmal sind, bzw. die „Sohle“ an der breitesten Stelle des Fußes nicht weit genug rum geht. An der Ferse geht die Sohle sehr weit hoch, wieso nicht auch am Fußballen? Für mich reicht es gerade noch so, aber bei breiteren Füßen muss man entweder damit leben, dass sie auch bei kleinen Pfützen schon von der Seite nass werden, oder die größere Größe nehmen und dann an den Zehen zu viel Platz haben. Der „Knick“ am Fußballen aus anderen Bewertungen existiert zwar, ich empfinde ihn aber persönlich überhaupt nicht als störend und das Material scheint dort auch nicht übermäßig abgenutzt zu werden.Ansonsten finde ich den Preis etwas hoch für Socken mit Plastiküberzug, aber wie die Überschrift schon sagt, haben sie sich für mich bisher gelohnt. Ich nutze sie oft (fast täglich), mit Socken oder ohne, auch für etwas weitere Strecken. Ich mag, wie die Schuhe am Fuß anliegen, das gibt einem wirklich ein schönes Barfußgefühl.Ich empfehle die Schuhe, insbesondere wenn sie heruntergesetzt sind. Besonders schön finde ich, wie gut sie sich auch zum Einstieg in die Welt der Barfußschuhe eignen. Auch wenn man merkt, dass das nichts für einen ist, eignen sich diese Schuhe im Alltag als Noppensocken für daheim, den Weg zur Mülltonne oder im Garten.Für mich muss sich jetzt nur noch zeigen, wie haltbar sie sind - dazu gibt’s dann vielleicht ein Update, wenn ich mal dran denke.

Als langjähriger Zehenschuh-Träger haben mich diese "Sockenschuhe" interessiert und ich habe sie dann mal im Angebot bestellt. Ich werde sie wohl öfter nutzen.Die Skinners kommen in einem einfachen Pappkarton ohne viel Drumherum. Die Verarbeitung wirkt wertig, aber das erwarte ich angesichts des Preises auch.Die Gummischicht ist sehr griffig und elastisch, so dass man sich in jeder Situation sicher bewegen kann. Der Socken rutscht beim Laufen nicht am Fuß hin und her - auch nicht am Hang. Dafür ist das Anziehen wegen des Gummi-Unterteils etwas mühsamer als mit normalen Socken. Und ich trage immer noch dünne Baumwollsocken innendrin, weil der Fuß konstruktionsbedingt nur über die Stoffschicht nach oben atmen kann und sich nach unten sonst Schweiß und Geruch bilden.Fazit:An meinen Allzeitfavoriten (CVT Hemp von Vibram) für die Freizeit kommen die Skinners nicht ganz heran. Sie engen die Zehen stärker ein und weisen Defizite bei der Fußatmung auf.Sie sind aber taktil deutlich näher am Boden und bieten die bessere Kontrolle, z.B. beim Klettern oder Balancieren. Damit finden sie bestimmt ihre Nische. Ich behalte meine.

Es lo mejor que he comprado como zapatos descalzos. Vas como con los calcetines, pero con la planta del pie protegida. De momento no pasamos frío y eso que estamos en principios de noviembre en el prepirineo. Talla grande al abarcar 2 tallas, yo uso un 40 y está son 40 - 41 y debería hacer cogido un 39 para que me fueran un poco más ajustadas. Para quien le guste andar descalzo es perfecto. He leído algún comentario de que se notan las piedras, y si, se notan, pero es que ya es eso lo que se busca. La suela se gasta rápido, por lo menos los de la niña, tiene 7 años y siempre están corriendo, havervsi me duran más de tres meses, porque baratas no son.
