I want the Turkish Antep pistachios because they have more oil content and are much tastier than the dry and larger California pistachios. I read reviews for all of the Turkish Antep pistachios offered on Amazon. Even the best-rated ones got a lot of negative reviews, where people complained about the nuts being small, stale, or impossible to open. Shipping charges made an already expensive item even pricier. I did a Google search and found the Nuttery on my own--my Amazon search hadn't turned up this source (although I did one just now and the Nuttery did turn up). I took a leap of faith and am so pleased. These are absolutely the nuts you want to buy. They are really delicious, good-sized nuts and very fresh. I'm almost at the end of my first bag, and I have found very few nuts that I couldn't open.
