Ancevsk Manual Rotary Cheese Grater - Round Vegetable Slicer with 3 Interchangeable Blades for veggie, Nuts, Fruit （Green）

We've had difficulty finding a food processor in stock anywhere. We bought a huge one because we wanted a dicer and spiralizing attachment - but it was so complicated to figure out how to even get the parts together to make it work, we returned it. So, while we've been waiting til more food processors are available again, we bought this to make grating faster. I'd never expect something plastic would have such much strength to stay stuck on the counter top, but the sticking factor is superb! The grating/slicing attachments cut very cleanly and clean up super easily. No food seems to end up being stuck anywhere. Turning the arm to operate it isn't difficult. I used the large grater to cut chunks of zucchini and it came out just like it would in a spiralizer. Clean up is much easier than a food processor, so I'm wondering if we'll actually ever get around to buying one! This is a great product!

I've only used this once so far, will update my review if needed once it's been used more. Out of the box, it was as expected. The suction did not hold on the first try, tried again and it held for the remainder of the time. Grated a block of sharp cheddar by breaking it into pieces that would fit the shoot, didn't even need to dirty a knife. However, with the cheese so fresh and moist (even though it was cold), it immediately stuck and clogged up inside the grating cylinder instead of shooting out and into the bowl. It was a pain to dig all the cheese out BUT... partly my fault, I should have stopped and cleared it sooner. Aside from that, the block grated VERY quickly. All of the pieces then cleaned up much easier than expected.... hot water rinsed away any stuck on cheese and a quick wash with a soapy sponge quickly had it perfectly clean. It assembles / disassembles easily. I think it may be dishwasher safe (at least parts of it) but I'll be washing by hand since it's so easy, don't want to compromise the integrity by subjecting it to such high heat. Overall I'm happy with this item even though it gave me a little trouble, I'm confident I'll do better next time. No need to dread the work and clean-up typically associated with grating your own cheese any longer -- this gadget makes it easy! Definitely worth having nice, smooth, freshly grated cheese that will melt and taste better than any bagged stuff with the anti-caking additive. Two thumbs UP.UPDATE: I've now used this many times, it works great. Just be sure to clear the barrel after each chunk is shredded as the soft cheese will clog things up if you don't. Also, be sure your surface AND the rubber ring on the bottom of the grater are clear of debris so it can achieve a sturdy grip. I can cut a 16oz block into 3 pieces and have it shredded in about 90 seconds. I've changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

My boyfriend got sick of grating cheese for me, so i got him this and he loves it!! Any time there's something to be grated, he gets all giddy and will pout if he doesn't get to use it.If processing harder foods like parmesan, or carrots, it's a breeze, but softer things like colby jack or mozzarella, i recommend clearing out the inside every 3 rotations.The suction is STRONG and you can just put it on the top rack of the dishwasher when you're done.

Unfortunately this item arrived broken but it did not impact the ability to use this item and I didn’t want to deal with returning/exchanging… I used it to grate up a zucchini and it worked good… I wish the spout was a little longer because I found it hard to try to grate while trying to make sure it landed on the plate… overall happy with my purchase but disappointed it did not come in one piece

I made a salad as soon as I got it. This greater works no effort at all. Easy clean and good suction also did a block of parmesan with no problem.
