My Floss arrived Quickly and, "UN-Damaged"!!! The description of this Floss and Jar are Accurate. >> I advise Everyone to take out a Ruler or Tape Measure and look at the Dimensions.<< It's small. IT'S DENTAL FLOSS!!! 😆 Some complained about the price... Well, get a pen and paper and compare what you are getting with this purchase and compare it to what you are currently using...Now, you have a Choice, keep putting plastic Pieces in your Body or switch to Bamboo. That's up to you. Personally, I like this Floss. It has a Mild flavor. It's Dental Floss. Conveient and i like that it is Non plastic! It's Great for the environment and safe to use. 1 Floss is already in a jar. The jar has a piece of cardboard supporting it in a lil box and the extra floss is next to it wrapped in tissue paper. I have good Amazon Drivers, so, If your glass is broken, THAT IS AN AMAZON ISSUE!!!! There is NO company here or anywhere that is going to put a broken glass or anything in a box and mail it! So, let's be serious... my box Is, in perfect condition. Mine had to make it thru a 2nd delivery. I recommend this product and the Vendor!

I don’t understand why it only has 4.6 rating, it’s the best I’ve ever used—environmentally friendly, reusable case and packaging and most importantly, sturdy, not slippery just the right width and texture for me. Love this product!

For the first time in my life, I'm actually flossing regularly. Never thought this would happen. Natural fibers feel so much better (yeah, it's mostly psychological; I'm fine with that). Love the black color too. I can see any bits of plaque easily, which is a good motivator. Slips between teeth just as well as conventional floss, and it is strong too. Doesn't break. When it starts fraying a little, I move to another part of the floss. The bottle and dispensing/cutting flap work very well. Wish I had this decades earlier.

I like this stuff, and will order again. What I like: It works well, doesn't break easily, has just the right amount of roughness to clean without hurting my teeth, cutter works well, no PFAS (that latter of which was my primary reason for buying it). I floss (almost) every day, and this starter pack lasted about 6 months for me. My dental hygienist complimented my teeth last time I was there, and said to keep doin' what I was doin'. Flaw, but not deal-breaker: I'm not a fan of the lid that cuts the string. It DOES cut well, and I appreciate that the container itself is re-usable. Where it gets just mildly annoying is, because the remaining spool just hangs in the bottle, that causes a tendency to sometimes pull the string all the way back into the bottle, which means I then have to re-thread it back through the tiny hole. Is that a HUGE burden? No, but... I'm 50 and my eyes ain't what they used to be for up-close fine detail (without glasses). It's doable, just... a minor inconvenience. If they had some sort of internal spool that helped prevent pull-back, that'd probably make this product flawless for me.
