I'm diabetic, I was told by my podiatrist to use a Urea based cream and this cream has kept my feet in great shape. Smooth and soft when they used to be dry and scaly. The price is right too, compared to other brands that cost more, this cream has been the best for me.

I can honestly say this cream has been a miracle worker for my feet. I deal with peripheral neuropathy, which makes dry, flaky skin and cracked heels an ongoing issue for me. I’ve tried a lot of products over time, and most either sit on top of the skin or only give temporary relief—but this one actually works. Within just a few applications, I noticed a big difference. The cracks in my heels started healing quickly, and the rough, dry skin softened dramatically. It doesn’t just mask the problem—it helps repair it. My feet feel smoother, more hydrated, and much more comfortable overall. The texture is rich but absorbs well, so it doesn’t leave your feet feeling greasy. I usually apply it at night, and by morning my skin already feels noticeably better. As an added bonus, it’s also helped clear up patches of eczema. That was something I wasn’t even expecting, but it made a huge difference. If you struggle with cracked heels, dry feet, or skin issues like eczema—especially if you have neuropathy—this is absolutely worth trying. It’s one of the few products I’ve used that actually delivers real, visible results.

Have eczema really bad and a breakout on my heels and my feet, it took a couple weeks but this was definitely needed. Moisture. I used it at least twice a day. I'd apply it and let it sit for about 5 minutes before putting any socks on.

Excellent product! I recommend this urea lotion to just about anyone that mentions dry skin that "nothing works" on. This stuff WORKS! I put it on at night and toss on some fuzzy socks overnight to awaken to the softest of footsie wootsies!

This stuff is THICK! I don't smell any scent of the tea tree oil that is in this, but I'm not complaining about that because I hate that scent. I wanted this for my feet because I gave my mother my other jar so I had to buy a new one for myself. What I immediately noticed is that all of my hangnails are gone. Where did they go?? My feet feel great and my elbows too! I am going to order another and put it on my mom's thick toenails to see if it does anything with them and then I will update this in a few months. I have seen SEVERAL similar listings here on Amazon and the jar sizes are all about the same, give or take an ounce. They all seem to have the same ingredients, all shipped on prime too, so the only difference then is the price. That is the reason I ordered this jar, it was less than half the price of others! If you notice in the listing, they misspelled 'coconit' It is incorrect on the real jar too so at least the pictures are real. I don't mind because the price was great and so is the product. The box it comes in is sealed in plastic and there is a removable plastic cover under the cap. It does not have a foil seal like the listing states. I just ordered 2 more on subscribe and save

Third time buying this product as I have been seeing an improvement in my hyperpigmentation (slow but steady). Decided to go with the 2 pack this time but unfortunately one pot came damaged in the box.

I really am liking this & so far, I'd buy this again. It's slow acting and activating, I can tell because it feels soft, like it's clinging to my skin, yet because of the moisturizers in it, I am not peeling or flaking at all and it's just an excellent addition to my already "heavy exfoliated routine". Nerd-ed out review: I researched for a specific product that had Utica acid, salicylic acid, of these percentages and that was unscented and didn't have any fragrance maskers (very important if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are using it on top of another product or along with another product). I live in four seasons. I exfoliate daily, head to toe, never use body moisturizer or body lotion as it feels extremely greasy and dirty, and I understand I've never needed this because of vigorous exfoliating, being athletic, and possibly genes.... still if I'm not moving, hands and feet lack circulation (raynauds), and I've found this to be incredible at preventing cracks, preventing callouses and just overall softness without the feeling of lotion or Vaseline. If you experience raynaud's, I recommend this (at night) and perilla seed oil after washing hands (always-....and if you hand wash anything....rubber gloves are your best friend). I'd recommend this to men and women. It leaves no cast. Has no film. No scent. Is easily blended. Though I'm less a fan of jars that are open to oxidation all at once, it's fine for this and I think just twisting the lid shut as soon as you grab a smidge is a good move. Thanks!

This is the only thing I have ever used which greatly improves my dry cracking heels. Use twice daily until condition improves and then once a day.
