Superior chef-style equipment. I found it very easy to use and the blades are really sharp so the gloves come in really handy, though it still never stopped it from splitting my nails with the gloves on so, I suggest getting some nail guards too.So far I have Julian's crinkle cut and chipped my way through my vegetables with veritable ease. The parts are easy to remove and easily cleaned and has cut my cooking prep time I'm in half.A really good buy and worth the money.

Made Sauerkraut for the first time, slicing up ingredients was a dream. Cut resistant gloves included were definitely a bonus, my fingertips are still intact!

This mandoline is good and would have got five stars but the adjustment is very clunky and it regularly sticks when attempting to adjust. Otherwise a very good buy!

This is not a rigid unit and it feels fragile. Both plates wobble during use.

Not worth the money... It's not so easy to use and reasemble. No instructions included. I tried couple of times with different veg hopeing it just needs more practise, but no. Very difficult to slice, had to put some extra effort. Similar or better effect can be accomplished with knife or traditional grater.

Gave it four stars for the safety feature because I sliced my finger (and ended up in the urgent care!) when I tried to remove the plastic that was on the blade. Other than that it's a great machine, slices up my veggies great! I love that there are different settings.

It takes a bit of getting used to. Like … initially I was shaving bits off the vegetable holder. Now that I figured out how to use… it works perfectly.
