It arrived in good condition in a sealed zip-lock type of bag. There were no instruction, but I was able to figure out how to put it all on. The screen protector was the trickiest part. It included two different wipes, the first moist and the second dry. I then turned off the phone and put water drops on the screen to reduce the formation of bubbles. Then I squeegeed the water out at the sides while adjusting the position of the screen protector until I was able to eliminate all the bubbles except one in the lower center that was somehow surrounding a very small bit of dust that I managed to miss with the wipes. Afterwards, the case was put on. The rubbery part was tight going on, but I eventually got it on carefully without scraping the phone. Then the harder part snapped on much more easily. It made the phone just a little more snug in the belt holster holder that I have been using for the phone before the arrival of the case, but I was able to stretch the clasp strap until it was able to close okay. The case does fit the phone -- just make sure that your phone is a 5G. This case is specifically for A32 5G. It will be too long for the 4G phone.

First time phone was dropped (short drop) the screen protector shattered. Isn't that what is NOT supposed to happen?

Really like the case but had trouble getting the screen protector that came with it to go on without bubbles under it. I ended up ordering a different screen protector that went on flawlessly. Still very pleased with the case.

Changing my rating to a two-star only because the phone didn't totally break first time dropping it the screen protector totally cracked. So like I said did its job I'll give it two stars but can't take more than one drop for the screen protector cracks no good

I was surprise to get a screen cover with it. The cover does a great job protecting the phone and add bonus the knob is good to stick on a magnet I have in my car.

this thing isnt gonna save a phone from a fall. the red plastic part is barely connected to the black plastic by nothing more that a sticker and a little friction. fingerprint reader is barely usable with the case on the phone.

The case looks sweet, but the screen cover is hell to put on and keep on (and I tossed it in favor of one provided by the T-Mobile store).

The case is very attractive in appearance. I can carry my phone safely without the risk of breaking it if dropped while being stylish. Good price for the item. Shipped and received item promptly.
